Visited Enigma last night (on a Saturday) and it's a small place but great location right beside the Palacio so very easy to find. I arrived a little early just before 10 (come before 10 for the best drink specials) and there were a few people there. It started filling up after 11. Might be a little hard to meet people as the space is filled with little tables and stools so is designed for groups of friends to hang out more than to meet guys or move around. Most of the tables had "reserved" signs on them which just meant if you sat there (the best tables) you had to commit to a 100 pesos per person minimum so watch for that.
