Villa Verde was sold in March 2020 to new owners who will be rebranding as "Casa Decu Downtown". Though most of the staff will stay on, Roberto and Michael have moved onto other projects. Villa Verde fue vendido en el marzo de 2020 a nuevos propietarios y ellos van a operarlo como "Casa Decu Downtown". Aunque la mayor parte del personal permanecerá, Roberto y Michael han pasado a otros proyectos.
