24hour cyber cafe - when you go in, the recpecionista will ask how long you're going to need, and charge you (1 hour is 12 pesos - Feb 25). Ask for a cabin upstairs, otherwise you may be seated on the open computers downstairs. You'll be given a specific number, go to the relevant cabin and settle in. Just be aware that this is not a smart place. In fact, it sometimes has homeless people spending time there, and can smell pretty bad. Oh, and don't expect your computer to work very well -- Mine was running Windows XP, and the letter "O" on my keyboard didn't work. But we're not here to send emails...

What's the payoff?

This a place to meet real locals, not only fancy Mexicans (e.g. the Tom's crowd). A lot of guys come here after work, before they take the Metrobus home. Take a wander around the corridors and see if anyone has their door half-open. If they're watching porn, likely they will be interested in having someone join them. Sometimes guys walk around and will grab their crotch to indicate. Otherwise, there's usually someone in the last cabin (the furthest away from the stairs).

You pays your money, you takes your chance. I can't guarantee there will be anyone interesting. But for 12 pesos, if you're nearby it can be fun to pop in for a while.
