As we reported last month, three favorite gay bars on Republica de Cuba were closed by the authorities. But as always the community has proved resilient. La Puri is reopening tonight with the humor we always expect from them and El Marra reopened last week on Feb 13. We are still awaiting a reopening date for Soberbia.
** Update: Soberbia will reopen tomorrow as well.
