On the plaza in Erongarícuaro, is rumored to be the best coffee in Mexico. A local, gay artist, Carlos, who has recently opened Eronga's Red Star Café. His artwork now covers the walls of the hacienda patio. The espresso, cappuccino and Italiano are perfect. Carlos knows his coffee! There is a diverse range of breakfasts, & delicious sweets. Open from 9am to 2pm and closed Mon & Tues.
